Birthday Sponsorships

Contribute to the Women’s Advisory Board birthday fund. The WAB has set a goal of $25 for each child in residential care, foster care, and the Youth Support Center. The money will be used to provide birthday presents for the children in care.

Send birthday cards to the children and teens in Sunrise’s care and keep them in your prayers.

How it Works:

• Each issue of Sunrise’s quarterly newsletter, the Messenger, includes a list of children’s names, birthdays and ages. Some individuals or groups prefer to make handmade cards, while others send pre-made, age-appropriate birthday cards. Either way, you can play an important role in a child’s birthday.
• Please mail birthday cards at least two weeks prior to the child’s birthday. If you send greetings to more than one child, please mail cards in monthly batches. Remember to keep the envelopes unsealed. Cards should be sent to: Sunrise Children's Services, Attn. Birthday Blessings, 300 Hope Street, P.O. Box 1429, Mt. Washington, KY 40047.
